Der Daiwel steet virun der Dir
October 1st: Musenhain Records and One Take Records organise a first cooperative concert
at Trier's Exhaus. One Take bands Mill and Incense had been (phone-)interviewed already
the weeks before, so that we invited this time Frugopop and their label Musenhain to the
hallowed halls of Radio ARA.
Wenzel von Wartholm-Brandauer and Chris Marmann: names like these already aim your life in the
direction of art pop heroes. Frugopop, who got their name from a Max Goldt short story, are not
only Trier's most big-city sounding and original band, but also the best-selling artists from
the still young label Musenhein Records from Bitburg.
Reimund from Musenhain Records used to play in some bands in the past (I even saw him - without
realising it then of course - in the KuFa with his wave band Permanent Confusion), and is still
active with several musical projects.
