Everwaiting Serenade

After bands like Eternal Tango, Fast Friday and Ex-Inferis laid the groundwork that made metalcore the biggest underground trend (ok, that's an oxymoron, but so what?) in Luxembourg since nothing I can actually think of, it's now time for the second wave of newcomer bands to build on the foundations left by their forefathers. Everwaiting Serenade are without a doubt not only one of the more talented, but certainly also one of the most ambitious young bands to emerge from our country.

Their debut-EP "The Caress" not only sports seven songs that amount to half an hour of music, they also provide it with cool cover artwork and a seriously professional production. And all of that for the ridiculously low price of only 5 Euros. EWS may not yet attract the same number of babes on their concerts like fashion gurus Eternal Tango, but their diverse songwriting and tight playing attitude promises a bright future ahead.
